Overview:

Jeff and his team has over 20 years experience at all levels of Information Technology and Business Systems.   As a Program Manager he has delivered systems and processes across all operational areas of many businesses, including Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, eCommerce and Portals.  He has also worked on projects integrating those areas and systems together utilizing cloud-based and non-cloud-based integration tools.    He is a strong proponent of Salesforce as both a CRM platform but also as a development platform to be used throughout an organization, and has shown this in deploying robust Force.com applications.
